Led integrated digital delivery for Mercedes-Benz’s Evolution Tour, coordinating the digital ecosystem supporting a five-city experiential launch across microsite, ticketing, email, social, banner media, and cross-agency timing.

The Evolution Tour combined live brand experience, vehicle engagement, and market-by-market activation, requiring a digital system that could support event information, registration flow, confirmations, media placements, and ongoing audience communication across multiple launch cities.

I managed timelines, approvals, and cross-functional coordination across creative, production, media, and partner agencies, ensuring the microsite, email communications, banner assets, and supporting social deliverables remained aligned with each city’s event schedule.

Because the experiential agency’s milestones directly affected digital launch timing, close coordination across teams was critical to keeping ticketing, event updates, and supporting media live in lock step throughout the program.
